As an experienced Military Leader, Arbinger Institute Certified Lead the Leader, and long time Business Consultant, I’m on a mission to help Military Leaders live the life you deserve.

Following John Maxwell's principles…we simply build relationships with business owners, add value, build rapport and trust, then invite them to a free business assessment (where we find hidden profit they didn’t know existed inside their business.
This approach is a HIGH value add… not salesy… and shows how you can help accelerate the growth and reduce chaos for a business owner…
Using the Assessment Software.
Then, at the end of the assessment, you will give your prospect a 17-page report and roadmap, fully automated from the software. It all happens with a click of a button (no work for you).
Last, you will ask two simple questions to your prospect…
"What is holding you back from implementing these strategies in your business today and realizing this hidden profit?”
They usually reply with…
“I would not know how."
“I don’t have the time."
"I would not know where to start.”
Then you ask…
”So, obviously you want our help with this, right?”
That usually seals the deal.

This is our rinse & repeat method for consistently increasing our monthly income as Business Consultants.
In my experience, most consultants are overcomplicating their business coaching practice.
This leaves them trapped with endless amounts of frustration and overwhelm, not enough content, not sure what to say, and constantly on a roller-coaster of ups and downs and emotions.
I used to do a bunch of these things as well & then one day I said, "Forget this, I’M DONE!" And started aggressively slashing things from my overall process. I also invested in a team of very talented people who do the things I’m not great at. You will experience the benefits of our team.
I was left with the bare bones of exactly what we need to close clients and pull in consistently income with our assessment software and other AI tools.
Now I just:
Give business owners a few profit increasing and chaos reducing AI tools, at a very low cost. This builds trust between the business owner and me.
Invite them to a Business Assessment using our done-for-you Ai-based Business Assessment software. This builds even more trust and shows them how much more profit they are leaving on the table.
The Business Owner wants to double profit and reduce chaos. So, I invite them to 1-1 Consulting, Group Coaching or give them access to my online Business Academy. Sometimes, I pass them on to other Coaches I've trained, when I don't have the capacity for another coaching client.
When this is in flow, all we need to do is invite business owners to work together by saying,
“Would you like our help with implementing these business strategies?”
And that’s it.
That’s our method for consistently gaining new clients. We have not even talked about how we keep clients long term, increasing our income month after month.
This system positions you as an authority, a leader, and someone who cares about the business community.
Once you conduct a business assessment with a business owner, you can simply land a new client or answer any pressing questions and decide if moving forward makes sense for both of you.
It really is that simple.
I like to provide every person inside The Center Mass System with personal attention to help them start landing clients as soon as possible.
For this reason, I’m very selective with who joins our program. This may sound crazy to some, but I’m not on a mission for a busy 7 figure business. I want to continue traveling and enjoy my family while working a few hours a day.
